Hardee’s was launching a new breakfast sandwich where the only thing they were changing was the bread. How did we get people to care about Sourdough?

We put their face on it. We played into the Internet’s love of technology and themselves offering Sourdough Selfies on Twitter. All they had to do was send a selfie using #SourdoughSelfie and we used a really, really high tech laser printer to toast their face into our sourdough.

In just 7 and a half hours, we printed over 52 Sourdough Selfies and got over 8.6 million social impressions.
